What booth robots cost

Trade shows usually need an operated robot for every show day. Published examples: ZMProbots Full-Service Event "From $1,875/day" (1–3 days, up to 8 hours of active performance per day, source); Airbot lists the half-size AgiBot X2 at "$3,399/day" and recommends it for compact booths (source); in Germany RoboticRental "ab 2.400 € / Tag inkl. Operator" for a G1 with a multi-day rate of "ab 2.150 € / Tag" (2–5 event days). See cost by city.

Trade show tips from the vendors

  • Send the exhibitor manual early. RoboticsLive reviews move-in rules, insurance and vendor requirements, power access and storage before confirming (source).
  • The robot opens, your team closes. RoboticsLive's robot attracts visitors and starts the conversation; badge scanning and follow-up stay with your booth team (source).
  • Battery cycles. ZMProbots notes the G1 runs roughly 2 hours per charge, so plan battery swaps across an 8-hour show day (source).
  • Floors and Wi-Fi. ZMProbots: carpet and flat concrete are most reliable, polished concrete needs traction pads, and show Wi-Fi is unpredictable, so demo loops should not depend on it (same source).
  • Small booths. Airbot suggests half-size humanoids such as the AgiBot X2 for a 10×10 booth (source).
